Therapy Services Rooted in Depth, Safety, and Lasting Change
Therapy at Flourish Nevada Counseling is designed for adults and couples who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, heal old patterns, and move toward meaningful change.
My work is trauma-informed, integrative, and depth-oriented. Depending on your needs, our work may include IFS/parts work, EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic grounding, spiritually integrated therapy, or relationship support. Whether you are seeking support for trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns, life transitions, or a deeper sense of disconnection from yourself, therapy can offer a space to slow down, listen inward, and begin healing at the root.

Individual Therapy

Depth‑oriented individual therapy for trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, life transitions, identity shifts, grief, and inner conflict. This holistic, integrative approach blends clinically grounded care with emotional attunement to support lasting healing, deeper self‑understanding, and meaningful change.
Couples Therapy
Depth-oriented couples therapy for conflict, disconnection, intimacy challenges, emotional repair, and recurring relationship patterns. Informed by Internal Family Systems and Intimacy From the Inside Out, this work supports deeper understanding, relational healing, and more meaningful connection.
EMDR Therapy
EMDR therapy offers a trauma-focused path for processing distressing memories, reducing reactivity, and supporting nervous system healing. This approach can help address experiences that remain unresolved beneath the surface, continuing to influence present-day emotions, beliefs, and patterns of protection. Within a grounded, relational, and integrative framework, EMDR is used thoughtfully and at a pace that supports safety, regulation, and meaningful healing.
IFS Therapy
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a compassionate, depth-oriented approach to parts work that helps clients understand protectors, wounded parts, and inner conflict. It invites a more curious and compassionate relationship with the inner world, helping clients make sense of long-standing patterns, emotional pain, and internal tension. Through this process, therapy can support greater self-leadership, internal connection, and lasting healing.
Hypnotherapy and Regression Work
Hypnotherapy is offered as an integrative approach to subconscious healing, emotional processing, and deeper inner exploration. In addition to trauma‑informed hypnotherapy, this work may include age regression hypnotherapy, past life regression hypnotherapy, and between lives regression for clients who are specifically seeking regression‑oriented or spiritually exploratory work.
This is presented in a professional and thoughtful way, with an emphasis on insight, healing, and meaning‑making rather than sensationalism.
Complementary and Spiritually Integrated Modalities
My practice also makes room for complementary and spiritually integrated modalities for clients who are seeking this depth of work. Alongside advanced training in trauma therapy and integrative healing approaches, I bring a deeply intuitive and spiritually attuned orientation to the therapeutic process. For some clients, sessions may thoughtfully incorporate intuitive guidance, tarot, runes, subtle energy awareness, and exploration of expanded states of consciousness within a grounded, collaborative, and depth-oriented framework.
These approaches are optional, collaborative, and used with discernment. They are intended to support reflection, meaning‑making, insight, and deeper exploration within a grounded therapeutic relationship. Clients do not need to engage with these modalities unless they want to, and therapy can remain fully focused on traditional clinical approaches when preferred.
How I Integrate This Work
I believe trauma and emotional stress can be carried in the mind, the body, and, for some people, the spirit. Because of that, I do not approach healing as a one-dimensional process. I thoughtfully blend clinical and complementary modalities to support healing across multiple levels of experience, creating a more whole, attuned, and integrative path forward.
For clients who are drawn to spiritually oriented work, my practice may also include intuitive and symbolic approaches that support deeper meaning-making, inner connection, and transformation. This integration is always tailored, collaborative, and grounded in the needs and goals of the individual or couple.
Transparency and Fit
My practice is designed for clients seeking therapy that is both clinically grounded and open to deeper inner work. Rather than relying on a one‑size‑fits‑all model, treatment is thoughtfully tailored to the individual or couple, integrating evidence‑based care with meaningful personal exploration.
